Celtic Literature

The ancient Celtic texts which give the most insight into their mythology and folklore are largely transcriptions of oral histories dating from the middle ages. These manuscripts include the Ulster Cycle, the Mythological Cycle, the Fenian Cycle, and the Cycle of the Kings.
